'messages could not be delivered..'

Hi,

Sometimes when I send a message to someone.. i get no response from the
other person. Then 5 minutes later in the message window "my last message
will be repeated (ex. "HELLO" <in red>) message could not be delivered. This
also happends when my friends try to message me. Lately it has been
happening a LOT! What am I doing wrong?
