When I send messages everything appears OK. No error messages. Nothing stuck
in outbox. Sent folder reflects message sent, however, recipient does not
receive message. Not ISP, worked with them all day yesterday. Help

If only one recipient has that issue, then something is wrong at that
recipient's end.
What happens when you send an email to yourself, or to other recipients?

Regarding the message you sent to yourself, which did not arrive
in your Inbox: Please check your webmail to see if that message
is there.

Make sure your antivirus program is not configured to scan
emails.
