Messages won't send

Hi there, I updated to 8.1 just a few days ago, and ever since, I have been
unable to send many messages. I try sending it several times and it still
doesnt send. After waiting about 3 minutes, it will let me send about 3
messages max, until the problem repeats itself.

What is going wrong here, and how can I fix this?

This is a problem due to server issues lately. Try signing out and signing
back in, it has worked for a few people.
