Messenger 863 causes problems

The Latest Version of WLM 8.0.863 will causes BAD_POOL_HEADER problems. This
case likes very much of the WLM 8.0.363 Version, Which also is a Un-publiced
version. Does the Builder Team keep other users form using these version by
this way?
