Yes I did, don't know where it went it was on screen, anyway, my problems
fixed after a stream of emails to Tech Support. I asked for an explination
and this is what I got. Hope it helps, it backs up what you said. The English
is bad but never mind you'll get the idea.
From Family Safety Settings Support.........
In behalf of my colleagues, please know that we’re happy to know that your
issue has been resolved. As what Christine had told you, we have deleted the
settings from your managed child accounts in our database which caused them
to access to Windows Live Messenger.
To answer your query, I would like to inform you that there was recently an
issue between Windows Live Messenger and Windows Live OneCare Family Safety
that caused conflicts to some users with managed accounts. If you noticed
when Christine informed you that we have deleted some of your settings from
your child accounts, your children can able to access to Windows Live
Messenger. In this way, it will refresh again the setup of your managed
accounts in our system and this problem should not be experienced again.
We really apologized for the inconvenience it had caused you. But don’t
worry, this server issue is already resolved.
