Help anyone.

Have recently installed a webcam, which runs ok on my pc until I launch
messenger.
When attempting to send my video image, my pc just crashes. Have gone
through all the protocols of uninstalling and reinstalling all my software to
resolve with no success. Creative labs ok, but not being too helpful now.
Camera works fine on another PC. My PC is brand new incidentally. My only
conclusion is that it may be a USB/Bandwidth issue. Help please

Greetings,

You didn't mention it so it has to be asked, have you made sure that you're using the latest
drivers from (I assume) Creative Labs? Some of their drivers they put out with the discs in
the box are really buggy. To be fair, they're not the only ones, Logitech does it too.

Thanks Jonathan for getting in touch, but all drivers are up to date.

Any ideas now please
