its ok mate thanks for the reply. After hours of research & trial and error
I figured out it was due to some corrupt bluetooth webcam driver that wlm
keeps on continuously trying to load while starting, and failing to load it
just freezes and does nothing. So i deleted the driver and started wlm, walla
its all back to normal. wlm should make a safemode startup version or
something so ppl can load it and make any changes in audio video settings or
it should load the required drivers dll's and etc after the user enters the
username and password and presses sign-in. That way the users can make any
changes to settings before signing in if necessary. hmmm maybe i should get a
mvp too, lol
