Greetings Caz,
Unfortunately this problem is usually difficult to figure out, as its usually some
application which is using some trick for a feature and causing Messenger to think that your
PC is in active operation.
If you've installed any applications recently, make sure they're not running and see if you
can determine which application it is that's causing the problem.
