Hi ,
I would like to build emoticons, bg images, winks etc. for our users to
download to their messenger.

Do you have any guidelines for building these things?

Thanks,

Dan.

Greetings Dan,

Static (non-animated) emoticons are PNGs at 19x19.
Animated emoticons are GIF89a at up to 50x50 (doesn't have to be 50).
The size of the background is less as important as to what you're using as a background.

Hi Jonathan,
Thanks alot for your answer.
How about backgrounds and winks, are there any guidelines for them?
Is there a manual for preparing an exe that can auto install all these add
ons to messenger?

thanks again,
Dan
