Greetings Darrin,
Out of curiosity, which happens when you just open up the XML files directly? You can do so
by heading over to your My Documents\My Received Files\Passport+number\History folder and
double-clicking on one.
Where Passport+number is your Passport ID by a numerical representation of your Passport ID.
To answer your other question, to 'undo' this option. Whist in an Windows Explorer window,
click the Tools menu, then Folder Options, click the File Types tab, select the XML
extension, then click the Advanced button, check 'Confirm open after download' and click OK
twice.
