After upgrading to MSN 8.1 yesterday I find that my computer is unable to
synchronise when I open sharing folders. Furthermore after failing to
synchronise the PC closes down completely and reboots. After sending an error
report to Microsoft I received an automated reply stating that the problem
was due to clkdvr.sys, even though this driver does not appear to be present
on my system. I run XP Professional with SP2. Any guidance please?
