Hi all,
I download the Plus! Live Beta,then install it.The Messenger is
restarted.But,there isn't "Plus!" in the menu of messenger windows!I cant
find it anywhere!
Tell me why?ThanX!

If you're not on the beta, the "leaked" beta version has been deactivated and you cannot use
it.

You can use it if you know what you are doing or find the right website
that tells you how to bypass that lol.
