Yes, anyone in the conversation can invite someone else.
However, no one will see your PSM except those in your contact list and/or if someone goes to
your Live profile web page and you have the Live profile permissions setup to allow everyone
to see it. It's not directly easy to access this page (you can't just guess at the URL), but
you can see it by going to
http://profile.live.com and signing in with your Live ID to set
that up.
