Messenger recipient not receiving messages - screenshots inside

Me and several colleauges at work are experiencing this issue where random
messages just dont appear at each end.

i have just reinstalled windows this week but the problem persists.

i can provide screenshots if necessary

Interesting. Normally I would attribute this to Messenger's filtering, but this has recently
been changed so that you receive a "could not be delivered" message.

I assume you're not seeing any such messages?

What kind of network environment are you all using? Are you all using a proxy or something
similar?

no messages appear at either end.

myself and the other user are both on basic office networks that are
connected to the internet via a router.

I am having similar issues. I uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Live
Messenger and now I have even changed laptops at work. The IM posts are
official (and clean). I get an error that the message could not be
delivered...
