Messenger Suggestion

Hi,
I would like to suggest to put a new option called "Discreete Contact Online
alert"
This option will allow you to show only a line of text saying "XXX is
Online", instead of showing a big box, with the name and picture.

Also if then of your contacts connect at once, you'll see still only one
line of text for 2 seconds, then you'll see the message for the second
contact and so on.

This way you won't have your whole right side of the screen filled up with
contacts alerts, and no one will see their pictures, and your work won't be
affected by those windows.

Let me know your opinion.

Is this the way Yahoo Messenger does it? It creates less clutter on the
screen and less annoyance to the user.
