Not even with windows 7 the upgrade will not install, WHY?

Can you please give a little more detail? Do you get any kind of error
message? If so, what does it say? Are you downloading from the official site
or from a third party link? Did you have the previous version installed and
working ok, or is this a fresh install? The more details you can give the
better the chance that someone can assist.
