Messenger Wont Verify my google email address

Hello!

i've made a new live ID yesterday using a non hotmail Emai Address which I
posses.

I followed all the instructions of Verifying my email address, and even got
a messege at windows live website that my email was confirmed.

The problem is, each time i log on to Messenger instead of being able to
choose my nickname, it has my Email address written and next to it: email
address wasn't verified (or something like that, I cant remember the exact
messege)

I tried to verify it couple of times but i keep getting a messege that the
email address was already verified.

any help would be Great.

Have you linked this Windows Live ID to another? If so, unlink it and verify that it now
appears as verified, and then re-link.
