Micro soft wil not help me

What the f.... We all have that problem with windows mail. a mestake from
micro soft. So i wrote them. They say the garanty is not our problem but a
problem from the salesman who sold you the lap top. Well thats an easy way of
solving the problems. I will try to do it the steve way. Tryed to delete the
folders and copying them back and that didnt work.

stil cannot understand why MS doen's help us.

One reason they hesitate, I guess, is that an awful lot of
the Windows Mail problems are not their fault.

Vista comes with adequate help facilities for setting up
Windows Mail but the ISPs do not always give very good
instructions for their customers and their frontline support
is frequently shockingly poor.

Likewise may Windows Mail problems are a result of computer
manufacturers being keen to make a fast buck by getting into
bed with suppliers of non Vista compatible products, particularly
Norton and McAfee antivirus software.

Again this is compounded by, often expensive, customer support
that is simply incompetent.

Good to hear. In the past, some non-US residents got redirected to the old
WLMd download site. Perhaps MS has decided to open the WLM beta to
more countries.
