Microphone not working

Hi,

Am experiencing problems with the microphone. It does not work anymore and I
have checked with the device and it is allright, so it is a problem with the
software; probably with Windows XP. I can hear the sound/voice, but the voice
cannot be transmitted by the microphone. Please let me know what I should do
in this case.
