Microsoft 2007 Updates

I uninstalled Office 2007 cause it was giving errors with word. I dont have
the reinstallation CD cause i am in kuwait at this time. The question i have
is, "Why is my computer still receiving office updates to install if i
completely uninstalled office 2007?" It's no longer in my remove programs
screen so why?

Because it doesnt show in Add/Remove doesnt mean all reg entries or folders
for Office have been removed

As DL has already said not all registry entries are removed when the program
is uninstalled. I used to use Microsoft Outlook extensively but later
decided to uninstall it. I still get updates for Microsoft Outlook even
though I uninstalled it.
