Microsoft Applications Fail After Installing Windows 2004 SP4

After update to SP4, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
Internet Explorer) malfunction for users and power users. Winword will not
execute, worksheets will not display in Excel, Powerpoint enconuters a fatal
error, only portions of web pages display in IE6. These same applications
work OK when the administrator is logged in. Help!
