Are MIcrosoft aware that the Display Picture on Video doesn't work

Send a few hits about your own webcam picture not being displayed on Live
2009 14.0.8117.416 . Has it been deliberatley removed ??? or is it a bug ???
If deliberate why leave the 2nd display screen in the window ??? Using
Lifecam vx-5000... icon there for Lifecam dashboard and that functions OK.
Other party sees both screens (guess an earlier version of Live) but I only
see the partners display screen.

Thanks for any information/help.
