Thank you, MowGreen! For some reason, I didn't archive that post (I usually
do) and had completely forgotten about it. I guess since I've gotten just
one report in the last year and a half, it's not a major issue. I have no
idea whether my notebook has Dell's CP Security Manager--although I suppose
it must, given that I can get the tdm error message. I'll copy my original
post and its answer to my Updates folder for future reference.
