Microsoft HID Non-User Input Data Filter

I just had my hard drive erase and now I have everything all set up. I have
been installing all the updates that have been popping up but this one will
not update. i have tried everything and it is not working.
I have vista. Please help me.

Run Windows Update manually & hide it.
