Microsoft Internet Explorer: "Browser does not have cookies enable

Internet Site Message states "site requires cookies and your browser does not
have cookies enabled". Have gone thru Internet Options and initiated every
step I can think of or read in Help and Support and also reboot. Anyone have
any magic cures? I'm at a crossroad if not.

I have tried both of your instructions (changing secuirty to low and enabling
all cookies). What else can I try? I'm getting the same response on two
different computers, does that tell you anything?
