Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #(2,3,4,18,21,23)?

Those are the Devices on my Dell Laptop that aren't working and ar
causing me to not be able to accesss the internet and the error messag
on Device Manager says that it can not run because Microsoft cant loa
the needed drivers.
Can anyone tell me what these Adapters are & how they work, and how d
i fix the Drivers problem
