Microsoft Jscript error

Every time I try to run Java I get this Microsoft error. I have Java 6
update 11, build 1.6.0_11-b03 and using IE 7. The error reads:

expected (

If anyone can help me or direct me to where I can get this fixed, I would
greatly appreciate it.

Hi i am having the same problem with java i'm getting error messages saying
microsoft jscript compliation syntax error how do i fix this?
