Microsoft Life Cam VX 3000

Hello,
I bought a web cam and the model is MICROSOFT LIFE CAM VX 3000.But I noticed
later and it is working by Microsoft XP.Because I am using Microsoft Vista
Home Basic so I couldn't use the properties of this cam (Take
photo,video,zoom,etc...) I just make live conversation with this.
I asked the Microsoft Turkey call center and they said that to me you can
download the software of this camera for Vista from Microsoft Internet
Comminication than I downloaded this software for Windows Vista.
After the download the marks were made up of desktop my computer.One mark is
writing :Microsoft Life Cam the other is :Microsoft Live Call.Than when I
clicked the MICROSOFT LIFE CAM mark it is writing CONNECTING and after this,
my computer is writing an error report and writing I am translating
Turkish to English) LIFECAM.EXE STOPPED THE WORKING so after that I can't
use this web cam's properties again.
If you support me how can I work this web cam's properties and what should I
do I will be pleasure...

Hello I have the same webcam and it dont work with my xp can I get any help
at all

Thay should at least get you to more people likely to know the answer.
