When I try to choose more than one selection from a drop down menum by
holding the control key and clicking it with my mouse, it opens up another
internet connection. In other words, if a drop down menu offered choices:
A.
B.
C.
and I only want to chose/highlight A and C, it does nothing but open up
another website instead of allowing me to choose what I'd like. I have a
feeling it has something to do with the control key. I've had this issue for
awhile and actually purchased this new keyboard but I have the same problem.
I can sitll choose a batch of choices together by holding the shift key &
clicking with my mouse, but sometimes I may only need 3 choices out of 20 -
help!

If you have an nVidia video card and its utility software installed,
it is a known cause of that symptom.

BTW this symptom has nothing to do with WU. You would have
been posting more appropriately in a newsgroup which specializes
either in your OS or your browser, neither of which you bothered
to disclose.

Just wanna share this...
In this new day and age the daily use of a computer is extremely
frequent. There are also countless jobs that involve sitting at or near
a computer all day and require its continual use. Right out of the box
the standard desktop/laptop keyboards feel great, but continuous use of
them is certain to cause discomfort and sometimes more serious problems.
Repetitive stress injury can be caused by such extended use of regular
keyboards and thankfully 'ergonomic keyboards'
(http://www.ergonomic-resources.com) are a saving grace, in that they
reduce the strain placed on your wrists and can help prevent injuries.
