Microsoft net 2.0

Microsoft net 2.0 update fails to download.

hello,
i've got this problem also.
it is with 'Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0
(KB922770)'
it fails to download en the error code is 0x643
i've tried it 3 times and always the same error, but at an other pc it has
worked so i dont now what the problem is.

Again, a .NET 2.0 update, 922770, downloaded, but failed to install. Does
anyone know if I have to uninstall .NET 2.0 again and reinstall it please??
