Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 does not install - Error 1603

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 does not install - Error 1603. I could never
install this update. I can send the log files if necessary.

1. Write down what .NET Framework versions are already installed before you
go uninstalling/removing any of them!
