microsoft net framework service pack 1 version 3.o

\hi can anyone help, i keep getting high security alert relating to
installation of net framework 30. service pack 1 failed to install. code
kb929300 x 86 can anyone suggest a way to get this installed onto my comp
alreadr have packs 1 and 2 dont know why pack 3 wont install. i currently run
windows onecare on xp

Besides .NET Framework 3.0, are any other versions of the .NET Framework
installed, sonja ?

Logs produced by the .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 setup wrapper:

* %temp%\dd_depcheck_netfx30*.txt "

You can open the Temp folder by clicking Start > Run > type in
%temp%
Click OK or press Enter.
Then check to see if the above logs exist. [The asterisk * will be
replaced by random numbers ] Open them and see if there are any errors
showing.

1. Write down what .NET Framework versions are already installed before you
go uninstalling/removing any of them!

How to determine which versions of the .NET Framework are installed and
whether service packs have been applied
