Where are Microsoft Network Monitor Columns Defined?

I'm using Network Monitor V3.3, and in the frame summary I can select all
manner of columns for display. But where can I find out what they all mean?
I've hunted high and low, but can't find a list of them with a description
anywhere.

In particular, I want to know how the dates and times on offer relate to
real time, and which one I should choose to match the client pc time.
