microsoft office outlook 2007

As of two days ago I was able to use my outlook, however now it will not
open at all, when I click on it I see the little icon showing that it is
trying to open but however nothing happens. And I dont even get any type of
error message.
I have rebooted puter twice. Just dont know what to do or what happened

Does it load in Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

System Restore will not fix it
