Microsoft Office Professional 2003 Updates will not install

I have a new ACER laptop with Windows Vista home basis. Several update
for Microsoft Office Professional 2003 will not install. They ar
Service Pack 3, and KB958620 and KB907417. Anyone know if these are eve
needed and if so how to overcome the problem
