Microsoft Patch

A recent MSFT patch that was downloaded as an update to my XP SP2 system has
really fouled me up.I use a HP printer and s scanner and the result of that
patch was to corrupt my norton system works program. As a result I could not
print into word nor to e-mail etc. The live up date program would no longer
install upodates. I've had 5 onl line sessions withy Symantec and the problem
is still unrersolved. Symantec helped me uninstall all norton programs via
the registry but now I find I still cannot reinstall my systems works nor my
internet security 3p[rograms. Help greatly appreciated since I am operating
quite nakedly exposed at the moment.

In desperation after Dell techniocal support failed to solve the problem I
went to Symantec tgech help and paid for their services. They also failed to
uninstall. That left me with no option but to do a comple uninstall and start
all over. But I will certainly keep your paper. Thanks
