Hi,
As I stated earlier, the device is not listed as either installed or
un-installed in the device manager and because of that I am unable to
uninstall it. I have tried to re-install the device, and the installation
seems successfull but the bluetooth icon in taskbar and bluetooth radiobutton
in device manager disappear once installation is finished.
Intellipoint 6.2 recognizes that the device is pluged it, but windows itself
doesn't recognize that. Also I'm using Windows Home Premium SP1 32bit english.
It seems that windows does not recognize the presence of the device at all,
although the mouse itself works (plug and play problems?).
As I stated before, the mouse is Microsoft Presenter Mouse 8000 and I have
contated your support centre and they have been unable to resolve my issue,
and their response was just to wait until the issue is reported by multiple
customers so that it would be escalated to the Microsoft engineers and they
would write a hot-fix for it.
I would appreciate your response,
Thnx!
