I use Firefox, both in Ubuntu and in XP.

I have 10 on my XP machines and decline the annoying update pop up.

I use Amarok for music and Streamtuner/ripper to listen to Internet
radio and to rip music from same. Ubuntu has far more of a selection of
media apps to choose from, many of which come preinstalled.
