please help installed several times show up on windows update history, but
when you scan for updates still shows up . I am running windows me . thanks

I recommend running the Belarc Advisor and examining the Win Updates section
to confirm that the update is installed properly.

If so, Use the Personalize tool at the Win Update Home Page to hide it until
it is no longer offered to you.

jack thanks so much for the info i will go download the belarc advisor seems
like a great tool!! You have really saved me i have been going nuts
searching and trying to fiqure this out.
