Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition SP2 KEEPS INSTALLING

I have WinXP and the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 2
(KB 921896) keeps installing.

When it installs everything seems fine, as soon as you re boot, the New
Update Icon shows in the system tray and eventualy asks you to update your
Windows.

The updates installs again.

Can anyone suggest what has gone wrong, whey wont the system stop installing
the same update?
