Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition SP2

I have Windows XL and every time I try to install Microsoft SQL Server 2005
Express Edition SP2 it tells me it is unable to install. i have tried to turn
off firewall, download from web site and use automatic update and don't know
what else to do. Please Help
