Microsoft Udate failures

If the problem so many of us are experiencing is due to the server and will
soon be resolved, what is the point of undertaking complex "cures" ?

No problem now, 45 minutes later.

Well, for me it is now two days later and the updates are still unavailable.
This is gettting to the point of being ridiculous Microsoft!!
