Microsoft Update and SBS 2003 / Service Pack 1

Microsoft update is telling me that "Windows Server 2003 Service Pack
1" is a high priority update that needs installing.

However I am running SBS 2003, and I know that installing this service
pack on SBS 2003 is certainly NOT recommended by Microsofts own
documentation. Instead SBS 2003 have their own service pack.

So why is this service pack detected on Microsoft update using SBS
2003?
Shouldn't the SBS service pack be there instead(!)?

Cheers!

Alex
