Microsoft Update Error - 0x80072f78

When trying to run Microsoft Update, I get the message "The website has
encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view. The
options provided below might help you solve the problem."

I am attempting to run Microsoft Update v6.

I am running Windows XP SP2 and IE 6.0 SP2. I have cleared the Internet
history, cookies, and files without sucess.

Any suggestions.
