Microsoft Update Fails but does not provide a reason or update to

I have been trying to update my Windows and continue to have multiple updates
fail to load, I have disabled Norton Internet Security 2006, tried
reinstalling Windows Genuine Advantage Notification (KB905474) manually but
nothing seems to be working for me...

Any and all suggestions appreciated
