Microsoft Update Forces System Reboot

I've upgraded my computers from Windows Update to Microsoft Update, but now
the systems will download the updates, install them, and force the
workstation to reboot. This causes quite a problem if the user is not in
front of the computer when the system notifies him and restarts the system.

Is there any way to configure Microsoft Update so that it doesn't force a
reboot?

Thanks,

Mark
