Microsoft update not down load

Hi Dear,
I have a problem in my Pc,windows updates are not down loading
automatically,even i visit the microsoft update site, updates are checking
finally error message showing that is 0x80245003
for your ready reference i will attach the error page( unable to attach the
error page) kindly check and advise.
my system windows XP - SP-2 with Internet Explorer-7
I have a dought for IE-7,before IE-7 installed there was no problem for
updation.
your immediate response would be highly appereciated,
