Microsoft Update notification: cannot find infos about one update

I am getting an update notification from Microsoft Update about an to my ATI
video card. But when I click on the Details link, it brings up a blank
Internet page. I tried doing a search in all of the MS Updates on 'ATI' but I
cannot find anything.

How can I get informations about that update below to know what it is about
and what it does ? I want to know because of a VIA Chipset bug, I cannot
install any ATI updates past 6.4 . I have reported the problems like 2 years
ago but they have done nothing. The bug causes resolutions to go to 2 bits on
a 640x480. So I want to filter out any ATI updates that can mess up things.

I have Windows XP Pro.
