Microsoft Update repeadedly offers same update

This is driving me crazy!!!! I am getting updtae notifications several times
daily for Windows XP Service Pack 3 (KB952069) updates. I foolowed the
suggestions on Microsofts Troubleshooting article & even attempted to install
the update in the Safe Mode as suggested. All to no avail - I am still
receiving the update notifications. how can I get rid of these? Help!!!!!
