Microsoft Update says I need Office 2003 patches but they're insta

We install and refresh our Office 2003 Pro from an administration
installation point. I just added the latest Outlook 2003 patch (MS06-003) to
our install and then refreshed my workstation.

I visited Microsoft Update and it says I need the update. I've checked the
file versions from the security bulletin and mine are all correct. It also
says I need the Office 2003 907417 update and my file version of otkloadr.dll
matches what I'm supposed to have.

Is there a bug in Microsoft Update with Office products and admin
installations?

Perhaps you can check the ohotfix log file for any additional
information

I don't have a ohotfix log file either on my workstation or on my admin
install point. I don't beleive one is created when you apply *.msp files to
existing admin install points or to the workstations that get the refreshed
content.
